The purpose of this study for eHealth text mining domains, cosine-based visual methods (VM) assess the clusters more accurately than Euclidean; which are recommended for tweet data models for clusters assessment. Such VM determines the clusters concerning a single viewpoint or none, which are less informative. Multi-viewpoints (MVP) were used for addressing the more informative clusters assessment of health-care tweet documents and to demonstrate visual analysis of cluster tendency.

In this paper, the authors proposed MVP-based VM by using traditional topic models with visual techniques to find cluster tendency, partitioning for cluster validity to propose health-care recommendations based on tweets. The authors demonstrated the effectiveness of proposed methods on different real-time Twitter health-care data sets in the experimental study. The purpose of the paper is to study multiple viewpoints which are required to access the more informative similarity features among the tweets documents, which is useful for achieving the robust tweets data clustering results.

Let “N” be the number of tweets documents for the topics extraction. Unwanted texts, punctuations and other symbols are removed, tokenization and stemming operations are performed in the initial tweets pre-processing step. Bag-of-features are determined for the tweets; later tweets are modelled with the obtained bag-of-features during the process of topics extraction. Approximation of topics features are extracted for every tweet document. These set of topics features of N documents are treated as multi-viewpoints. The key idea of the proposed work is to use multi-viewpoints in the similarity features computation. The following figure illustrates multi-viewpoints based cosine similarity computation of the five tweets documents (here N = 5) and corresponding documents are defined in projected space with five viewpoints, say, v₁,v₂, v₃, v₄, and v₅. For example, similarity features between two documents (viewpoints v₁, and v₂) are computed concerning the other three multi-viewpoints (v₃, v₄, and v₅), unlike a single viewpoint in traditional cosine metric.

In this paper we present a roadmap for the elicitation of business rules based on different stakeholders' perspectives, in order to facilitate the processes of structuring, organizing and expressing business tactic and policy in a way that it is close to the business milieu and stakeholders' viewpoints.

This paper has derived from a combined research practice. Initially, the development of a roadmap for understanding different stakeholders' perspectives and for identifying their views on business tactics and policies was based on well‐grounded work on enterprise goal modelling, combined with a theoretical study of business rule – related concepts. The outcome of this work was tested against a real business case dealing with the development of an electronic procurement system in the pre‐fabricated construction sector.

As a conclusion, the paper put forward a comprehensive methodological framework for dealing with rule‐intensive projects. The proposed roadmap can help IT practitioners in collecting and organizing business rule statements that apply within a particular organization, either towards the implementation of change on a business level, or in the context of specifying the (existing or future) functionality of supporting information systems (IS).

The rule roadmap presented here has been coupled with a modelling approach for expressing rules in a structured, consistent manner and for organizing them in a rule repository. Future work includes the extension of this approach to cover design and implementation as part of rule‐centric information systems engineering.

Therefore, the overall contribution of this work relates to the provision of guidance for identifying business policy and tactics at an intentional level (through the investigation of the rationale behind them) and for transforming relevant models to the operational level, where business rules are linked to business processes, information and systems.

Although the business rule concept has been examined from different points of view over the past years, the paper attempts to bridge the gap between approaches that see rules as extensions of business goals, other approaches that consider rules as limitations on the way business activities are performed, and finally, approaches according to which rules constrain the creation, modification and deletion of information entities.

The underlying objective of this literature review was to investigate what kinds of semiotics researches have been employed in user interfaces design and usability evaluation, and how were they employed.

This research follows a systematic literature review process that consists of three key stages: planning the review, conducting the review, and reporting the review. Starting with an initial set of about 1,000 research articles, 65 were selected for this review, using an inclusion and exclusion criteria. Qualitative and quantitative data were extracted from the selected literatures following a data extraction strategy in six themes of data extraction. The extracted data were synthesized to formulate the stated research questions to obtain the review goals.

This systematic review identified research strengths, gaps, and challenges. Apart from this, further research possibilities were also explored in this review. For research, the review showed clear needs for more researches to increase both the number and the quality of studies that can be focused on the research gaps identified by this systematic review related to: outcome validation; cultural issues consideration; user interfaces of mobile applications and websites; semiotics perception in usability evaluation; and further improve the value and applicability of research ideas. For practice, the review showed the significance of semeiotics in user interface design and usability evaluation to develop users' intuitive interfaces for boosting the system's usability.

Based on a systematic literature review, the paper not only depicts the current status of semiotics research in user interface design and evaluation, but also provides a number of implications for research and practice. Thus, the review contributes to the scientific community of user interface design and evaluation, as well as suggesting the actual advances in the state of the practice in semiotics research on user interface.

The purpose of this paper is to propose an applicable method for establishing the dynamic inter-organizational collaborations (DIOCs) based on the scrum methodology.

The scrum methodology embedded within the context of the DIOC project life cycle was used and adapted to being usable with specific characteristics of the project.

The transition from the traditional status of manufacturing to the inter-organizational collaborations can be one of the fundamental changes in the modern business management. The proposed method has the capability to establish DIOCs effectively and efficiently whilst guaranteeing agility, competitiveness, and risk timely management.

Establishing collaborative alliances via association of various experienced and professional organizations and producing the value-added market’s need services is an effective and efficient solution for survival of SMEs in the current competitive, dynamic and changing business environment. So far, different frameworks, reference models/architectures, and many theoretical discussions have been presented for DIOCs context, but these representations are conceptual, empirical and generic. This paper aims to propose an applicable iterative and incremental method for establishing the DIOC which guarantees the agility and risk timely management of the establishment process and promotes competitiveness of partners.
