Abstract
For British Prime Minister Tony Blair, “Education, Education, Education” has become something of a mantra. Nothing comes close, he argues, for the future well being of the nation and its citizens. Education’s close cousin, training, is inextricably linked as a way of ensuring that people are qualified to take on work and prevent the growth of a significant skills gap.
