Thomas Warringer has been appointed to the newly-created post of chief financial officer (CFO) at Micronic Laser Systems AB. Thomas Warringer strengthens Micronic's management team with his experience from economic and financial positions within major listed companies.

The post of chief financial officer at Micronic is focused mainly on financing, business development and investor relations.
Next on the company's financial agenda is to carry out a share issue to finance investments in research and development. The board has decided to wait until the current market situation has stabilized before moving ahead with flotation on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
