The Virtual Library on Urban Environmental Management has moved out of the Tokyo Institute of Technology (www.soc.titech.ac.jp/uem/) to a more permanent parking place at: http://www.gdrc.org/uem/
It is now part of the Global Development Research Center (www.gdrc.org). While visitig this site, users should explore some of GDRC's other environmental Web themes as well. All recent submissions for inclusion in the UEM will now be included in this new location. A redirect will be placed in the old address.
