Eva Abramuszkinová Pavlíková (Mgr, MA, PhD) graduated from Sociology and European Ethnology. Her field of expertise is diversity, especially with respect to ethnicity and migration, social cohesion, identity, and values in society. She is teaching social sciences at Mendel University in Brno, Czech Republic, with intensive cooperation in international networks such as Businet, where she is chairing the Research Group. Email:

Carlos Baldo (PhD) is an Assistant Professor of Management at Colorado Mesa University. He obtained his PhD in Business Administration from the Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Seville, Spain. Vlado Dimovski (PhD) is a Full Professor of Management and Organizational Theory at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Economics in Slovenia. His primary areas of expertise are organizational learning, management, organizational behavior, and leadership. Emel Esen is an Associate Professor at the Yildiz Technical University, Turkey. Dr Emel Esen received a BSc in Business Administration from Yıldız Technical University (2004) and completed her master degree in Human Resources Management of Business Administration Department at Yildiz Technical University (2006) and earned her PhD in Organizational Behavior from Marmara University, Turkey (2011). Maria Alijandra Gonzalez-Perez (PhD, MBS, Psy) is a Full Professor of Management at Universidad EAFIT (Colombia). Prof Gonzalez-Perez was the Vice-President of Administration at the Academy of International Business (AIB) (2015–2018), and she is the current Regional Chapter Chair for Latin America and the Caribbean (2018–2021). Barbara Grah (PhD) is a Researcher at the Faculty of Economics, University of Ljubljana. Barbara also teaches several courses on management and organization. Bih-Shiaw Jaw (PhD) is a Professor at the Institute of Human Resource Management at National Sun Yat-Sen University. He has gained his PhD in Business Administration from National Sun Yat-Sen University, Taiwan, in 1994. He held positions of Director, Institute of Human Resource Management; Associate Dean, College of Management and Director of the Institute of Health Care Management at National Sun Yat-Sen University, and currently is the President of Kao Yuan University in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Hsien-Tang Lin (PhDc) is a PhD candidate at the Institute of Human Resource Management, National Sun Yat-Sen University, Taiwan. He has 30 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry of Taiwan with the Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Group where he holds the position of Vice-President of RD.
