Abstract

Quality in the entertainment industry must be maintained in order for companies in the field to survive. Investigates some of the largest entertainment companies to see how they maintain quality for the consumer. The investigation was done through on‐site interviews, phone interviews and a location visit. Although some companies define quality in different ways, gives strong evidence that quality is being maintained and is an important part of each company’s existence.
