SMT/ES&S/Hybrid, Europe's largest special interest event on System Integration in Micro Electronics, covers the full spectrum of Surface Mount Technologies, Electronic Systems & Solutions and Hybrids presenting these topics in a precise and highly concise format under one roof.
The event is the international meeting point for trade visitors that come to the exhibition with clear investment intentions and after intensive discussions on site conclude contracts on a large scale.
The products exhibited among other things are: Advanced Packaging, ASICs, Placement equipment, BGAs, Board Design, CAE, FPGAs, Hybrids, MCM, PCBs, Screen Printing, SMD/SMT, Soldering, Testing and Tools.
Trade visitors of SMT/ES&S/Hybrid are experts and decision-makers from management, development, production, quality control and technical management, that use the event as their international meeting point.
Over the past 14 years the event has developed exceptionally well. This year SMT/ES&S/Hybrid can refer to an exhibitor number of 691 exhibitors with a total exhibition space of 27,000sqm. 42 per cent of exhibitors come from abroad.
Along with the exhibition the conference and tutorials are the most important platform for information and communication in the field of assemblies in Europe. The conference program with English as the conference language will be compiled by an international committee with Prof. Dr Herbert Reichl, Fraunhofer IZM, Berlin as Chairman.
