MYDATA has announced the appointments of Pierre Martin to president of MYDATA Japan, Joel Girard as managing director of MYDATA France, and Cheng Chong Foo as managing director of MYDATA Asia.

Martin, previously president of MYDATA France, will manage the MYDATA Japan office which employs six people. His responsibilities also include managing the manufacturing representatives along with developing new and supporting existing accounts. Martin has been with MYDATA for over 14 years.

Girard, previously sales manager of MYDATA France, will be responsible for managing the office of 14 people and increasing MYDATA's market share in France, amongst other things.

Cheng, previously employed by Universal Instruments as agent support manager, took office in August. He brings with him extensive sales experience in the Asian market. He plans to develop new accounts and support existing ones while managing the manufacturing representatives in his region.
