Dianix® PLUS the new disperse dye range for controlled coloration of polyester microfibres

DyStar has introduced the innovative new Dianix PLUS disperse dye range to ensure controlled coloration and right-first-time performance, thus enhancing dyehouse profitability and driving down unit production costs. Dianix PLUS dyes are designed to provide outstanding reliability on difficult polyester fabrics such as microfibres, weight- reduced polyester fabrics and taffeta.
Their benefits include excellent compatibility of dyeing behaviour, optimised level dyeing, insensitivity to variations in dyeing time, temperature and pH and state-of-the-art accuracy in standardising shade and strength. The new dyes also ensure very good solid dyeing of fabrics made from polyester yarns of different denier.
Since the shade is not affected by variations in dyebath pH, Dianix PLUS dyes can be applied with equal success in acid, neutral or mildly alkaline dyebaths; this allows the dyer to use a variety of innovative applications tailored to the needs of individual fabrics. DyStar's Optidye® P software calculates the optimum application profile for Dianix PLUS dyes on specific fabrics.
The Dianix PLUS range comprises seven dyes, which cover a broad spectrum of medium to dark shades. For Controlled Coloration in pale shades, DyStar markets the successfully established Dianix AC-E range. All Dianix PLUS dyes have good all-round colour fastness properties and meet the requirements set by major ecology standards such as Oeko-Tex 100, while high exhaustion reduces effluent load.
