Electric-powered low pressure pump

Keywords Graco, Pumps, Finishing

Graco's Triumph electric-powered low pressure pump operates from world-wide input power: 100-240 VAC single-phase, 50/60Hz or 208-480 VAC three-phase, 50/60Hz power. Its brushless motor and permanently lubricated drive are said to require little maintenance. The Triumph pump can reportedly be used with a wide variety of finishing materials, including solvent-borne, water-borne, and acid-catalyzed coatings and is approved for hazardous locations.

The benefits claimed are:

  • lower operating cost;

  • lower sound level;

  • lower pulsation;

  • no icing.

Depending on the cylinder size, maximum fluid flow rates range from 19 to 42l/min. Working pressures range from 12 to 20 bar.
