French company, Satil Inox, is looking for distributors for its range of Sat filters sturdy single machines designed to classify powders or suspended solids over several stages. This filtration equipment has no consumable components, is easily taken apart and can be installed individually or integrated into production lines. It can be used to process flow-rates ranging from a few litres or kilograms to several m3/h or tons/h (Plate 2).
Sat filters separate, screen and classify dried products. They also separate solids from liquids, filter solids suspended in liquids, purify wastewater and perform security screening. They are particularly suited to filtering loaded products and sizing solids.

The Sat is a portable assembly made up of shells for collecting and removing products, together with one or more simple, easily interchangeable filtration (or screening) frames. The assembly rests on a base and is set in motion using a variable-characteristic vibrator.
The 316 L stainless steel used for the shells makes the equipment very robust. The product is spread evenly across the surface of the cloth. The bottom of the shell is also designed to facilitate removal and to simplify cleaning. The user-friendly, modular equipment optimizes efficiency for each product.
All Sat equipment shares a maximum number of standardized components. However, a wide range of options is also available to meet specific customer needs (e.g. a system for stacking several shells, self-cleaning and declogging systems).
