Award-winning American company Blue Diamond Almonds, the largest almond producer in the world, is keen to expand its presence in the UK market. The California-based company is launching a major marketing campaign throughout Europe, but is particularly focused on raising the profile of its delicious and innovative almond snacks and ingredients in retail, food service and the food manufacturing sectors in the UK, including confectionery, bakery and the growing breakfast cereal market.

Almonds, recognised as a healthy snack packed with protein, fibre, vitamin E, calcium and other important minerals, have grown in popularity across all food sectors as consumers become more adventurous.
