Professor Crawford said:
I spent most of my research work unravelling the relation between fatty acids and brain function. It is striking to see that all evidence indicates that the omega-3 levels we are currently consuming are far below what scientists advise and are coinciding with the increase of cardiovascular disease and mental illness.
