The Dairy Council have recently produced a newsletter specifically for health and fitness professionals and sports scientists, designed to bring the latest information with regards milk and sport. The newsletter features reviews of the scientific literature on milk and its relation to sports physiology, as well as interviews with sports scientists and top references on milk and sport.
