A version of Ulrick & Short Ltd's already successful clean label fat replacer range Delyte, has now been exclusively designed for savoury products such as carbonara and bechamel sauces.

Ulrick & Short's existing range of Delyte products are used to replace butter and oils in cakes and bakery fillings and more recently there has been an increasing interest in partially removing butter in ready meal sauces to give healthier nutritional profiles and reduce costs.
