The 5th International Conference soy and health was aimed at those with nutrition or dietetic background, food research and development and marketing staff, clinical researchers, government representatives, as well as senior executives from soy food, food ingredient and supplement business.

Clinical evidence-based presentations focusing primarily on human study results obtained with soy or soy components will be followed by dietetic applications directed presentations showing ways of introducing soy as part of a healthy diet.
