This year, the Soil Association's figures show that the £350 million organic market is growing at 40 per cent year on year. RHM Ingedients is the first ingredients company to receive accreditation for the production of its organic rusk. This can be used in the production of sausages or burgers and it also has many uses within the meat, poultry and fish industries as a texturiser. One of the company's leading organic products is its bouillons. They can be used as a flavour base or enhancer and by adding water as a liquid stock for sauce or gravy.
