The Fish Foundation has created an Internet Website providing information on the nutritional value of fish and seafood, in particular relating to omega-3 long chain polyunsaturates that are unique to fish and seafoods. The site provides tables showing the vitamin and mineral content of seafoods commonly consumed in the UK. Another feature of the site is a set of feedback pages which enable visitors to request information, ask questions, make comments or permit health professionals to obtain bulk supplies of leaflets and posters.
