DestinationCRM – Knowledge Managementhttp://www.destinationcrm.com/km/dcrm_km_index.asp

The knowledge management chapter of DestinationCRM offers an impressive range of information in a similarly impressive range of formats which drives home the message that, without harnessing corporate knowledge, business suffers. Information at the site is structured as cover stories, regular features, tips, measures and tools. Canny executives will concur with the site's view that new tools are required to manage business that is now dominated by new digital media within a new, global environment. Using human resource management as an example, demonstrates how knowledge management can elevate human resources management to a strategic level within an organization and how that same organization can therefore evolve beyond traditional models of operation towards a co-operative approach to corporate profit.

MBA Depothttp://www.mbadepot.com

To be successful, executives must move with the rhythm of business. This enables some control over a volatile environment to lessen the incidence of surprise and disappointment. One way to profit from others' experiences of the twists and turns of business is to enrol in an MBA school. There, horror stories abound of the downfall of the unprepared. No time for classes? – then, head to MBD Depot instead. Treat it as your own personal stockpile of full-text articles, templates and frameworks across disciplines from business ethics to project management – all readily available upon free registration. Interviews with business luminaries add extra insight, and when your own words fail in preparation of that next big presentation, borrow one of the host of quotations provided at this site. All resources have been prudently assembled, and navigation is a breeze thanks to thorough indexing.

Sponsored by ProSci, is a resource library that hosts books, articles, training materials, Web site leads, benchmarking tools and consultants in the field of change management. These five resource types support information on change management models and industry best practice. Go directly to the article "library" for several full-text articles on organizational change, new models for high performance, a complacency check and benchmarking. Unfortunately, keyword searching is not available at the site so browsing is the order of the day. Although the information at this site is useful, finding it is a serendipitous process, and several links are not currently working.
