MODI is the most comprehensive conflict management instrument available. MODI assesses how an individual handles disagreement using the Kindler nine-mode conflict model. It enables individuals to identify their habitual patterns and develop more appropriate responses to specific situations from a full repertoire of strategies.

MODI Self is a self-scoring inventory that provides normative data for scoring and questions for reflection when scores are beyond normal mean scores. It takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and self-score.

MODI Feedback is a 360° feedback instrument that allows individuals to learn how their methods of handling conflict and disagreement are perceived by one's direct reports, associates and managers. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete the inventory, while scoring is handled separately.
