Neos Robotics AB has received a E1.75 million order from A/S Jydsk Aluminium Industri (JAI) together with its partner Specma Automation AB for delivery of two Tricept 845 (see Plate 1). The Tricept machining system as chosen primarily because of its great flexibility and dynamics.
Greater flexibility, reachability and dynamics increases investment payback
The delivery comprises fully integrated machining systems that cost effectively enables JAI to deliver casted, machined aluminium parts to the truck industry. The Tricept machining systems were chosen primarily because of their great flexibility, speed and dynamics.
JAI is one of the largest aluminum foundries in Scandinavia with more than 50 years experience in gravity die casting. The company produces machined hi-tech castings for delivery directly to the assembly line of leading European companies. JAI will open a new manufacturing plant in Herning, Denmark in January 2002.
