An updated comparison of productivity levels among the G7 countries has been issued by the UK’s Office of National Statistics. It measures GDP per worker and GDP per hour worked in 2009.
Although the new statistics leave the rankings largely unchanged they have affected the UK’s productivity gap, increasing it in comparison to the US on GDP per worker.
