Leaders lead

Leaders lead, managers manage. Simple! Or simplistic? Many have argued the difference between the two concepts of leadership and management. I am certainly not going to try – though my personal view is that they are different but related. My plea is simply to make sure that both happen. Those who lead must make sure that others can manage. Those who lead and also attempt to dabble in management can cause interference patterns that can destroy a company.
