This is a fascinating book that consists of 12 chapters, each focusing on one of the leading individuals who has shaped the high‐tech sector in the last 20 years. The selection includes Hermann Hauser, Gordon Moore and Robin Saxby, and other noted players in the information technology revolution. Each chapter consists of an informal interview that explores the respective individual’s attitudes to team building and company ethos. This book is an absorbing exploration of the nature of leadership by an exploration of those individuals who are still at the leading edge of one of the most competitive business areas. Especially of note is the thematic indexes that index company culture, motivation, etc., hence making the text very manageable. This book will prove to be of great value to students following management courses, especially the MBA, and those interested in a reflective consideration on the nature of leadership.
