AudienceView launches global training program

Article Type: Notes and news From: Industrial and Commercial Training, Volume 44, Issue 7

AudienceView has launched a new global training program aimed at increasing its customers’ return on investment.

The company provides web-based ticketing, customer relationship management and fund-raising services to more than 170 sports, arts, entertainment and non-traditional ticketing organisations worldwide.

The training program is being introduced in stages, with phase one offering courses in business intelligence, content management systems and e-mail marketing, memberships and loyalty, and funds management. Presented in a classroom setting, courses are initially held at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), part of the NEC Group, located in Birmingham, England.

“We are excited to offer a formal training program so that our customers can fully leverage their AudienceView implementations to manage ticketing, cultivate and grow relationships, maximise sales and create a single integrated online experience for their consumer base”, said Mark Fowlie, President and Chief Operating Officer of AudienceView. “Course attendees will return to their organisations with valuable insights and strategies to help to make the most of their investment in our solution”.

Courses will be taught by AudienceView subject matter experts based in the UK. AudienceView will supply all course manuals and a training environment to provide students with a hands-on learning experience.

The Ticket Factory, the NEC Group’s national ticketing division and an AudienceView partner since 2005, will be among the experts contributing to course content and sharing knowledge from a customer perspective. The Ticket Factory is widely recognised for driving innovation in the marketplace.

“Our long-standing partnership with AudienceView has made it possible for us to grow and control our brands, exceed the expectations of our customers and clients, and meet consumer demand for an efficient online experience”, said Will Quekett, General Manager for The Ticket Factory. “We look forward to sharing our knowledge, expertise and innovative tips for success with other AudienceView customers”.

The AudienceView training schedule will be updated regularly as new classes and course dates are added. The duration of individual courses will vary from one to two days, with courses grouped together for travel convenience.
