  2. 2.

"Our pharmacies" deals with the challenges of the National Health Service plan, developing relationships with other health care specialists, and the role of the community pharmacist in offering patient-centred care.

  3. 3.

"Our customers" focuses on customer service, selling and handling complaints.

  4. 4.

"Our business performance" covers a range of business management techniques, including profit and loss accounts and how to increase a pharmacy's average transaction value.
