Since its launch at a seminar at the end of 1998, the Federation of Bakers' breathe easy training video has proved to be popular not only among federation members but also among other sectors of the UK baking industry and also abroad. Orders for the video have been coming in from continental Europe, Ireland and as far afield as the USA and Australia.

breathe easy provides a comprehensive training package on identifying hazards and establishing effective controls for dusty processes. Its aim is to help the food-processing industries reduce flour dust exposure by giving guidance on common-sense practice and the correct use of controls and equipment.
