Presents a brief overview of the innovative methods that UK firms are using to recruit new workers. Looks at the use of employer branding by Jaguar (car manufacturer) and Adidas (sports clothing manufacturer), describing how this attracts potential recruits to look at their recruitment web sites. Also highlights how Adidas has developed an iPhone app and TMP (recruitment advertising agency) has used Spotify to attract candidates.
