Abstract

CONSUMERS CONFUSED A Birds Eye Report on eating habits reveals that, despite extensive media coverage of healthy eating, 50% of those questioned still don't know what's supposed to be good or bad for them. When questioned about what proportion of our total food energy should come from fat 93% of housewives were unable to guess. Yet, fat consumption is said to be one of the issues which most concerns consumers.
