Postgraduate Diploma in Food Control

Abstract

The Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) has recently announced its new Postgraduate Diploma in Food Control. The diploma and its modular training programme have been developed by the IFST working closely with industry, academia, government, consumer and other professional bodies. They are designed to meet the needs of food companies and their graduate staff in developing competence in this key area of food control.
