Self‐discovery

Abstract

A new competence assessment programme lays as much emphasis on career development as it does on selection. Called DNLA (Discovery of Natural Latent Abilities), it is based on a vigorously‐researched series of tests carried out over six years by psychologists at West Germany's prestigious Max Planck Institute.
