This is a succinct and practical service of interest to laymen as well as lawyers, accountants and estate planners. It is essentially an alerting service with reference to changing interpretations of the Internal Revenue Code. The format is eye‐appealing and legible. Practical features are the checklists, forms and questionnaires. The eight issues which have appeared to date are of consistently high quality. The editor is a recognized expert in taxation. Librarians may desire to investigate the possibility of obtaining similar newsletters from trust departments of local banks on a complimentary basis or at a nominal cost.
