Comment

Abstract

At the risk of boredom to some of our readers, we start our “Comment” for this new year of 1987 by again concentrating on a recent coatings industry study: this time from the United States. Our reason for doing so is that with the UK coatings industry (as with most of the Western World) considering itself fortunate just to be standing still in output, this report gives some good indications of where the immediate swings and roundabouts are likely to be.
