There has been a lot written recently about the future role, or lack of it, for networks. Under these circumstances it seemed odd for the Pittsburgh Regional Library Center to be undertaking a capital campaign. The Bottom Line sought an interview with the Executive Director to find out what led to the campaign and how it was going.
