Abstract

On March 15, President Bush signed HR 2742 into law, officially putting the five‐year reauthorization of the Library Services and Construction Act (LSCA) into place. The House of Representatives had approved the Conference report (H.Rept. 101–407) by a vote of 401–4 on February 27. The Senate approved it by voice vote on March 1.
