Personal service in the multi‐national company

Abstract

The 1985 International Training and Personnel Conference for the Hotel and Catering Industry was held in London recently, attended by over 100 delegates. Many aspects of training were touched upon by speakers from several countries, and the two‐day event was opened by Lord Forte of Ripley who spoke on Training in a Changing World. He was followed by several distinguished experts, among them Michel Favre, Executive Vice‐President of Movenpick's International and Hotel Division.
