Motivational training

Abstract

In an earlier article, published in the June 1979 edition of Education & Training, I outlined a programme which we now call Discipline Skills which was being developed at Rolls Royce Technical College to demonstrate the value of self‐awareness and discipline as an enabling skill for young people in industrial training.
