the training office workers: breakthrough within sight

Abstract

Over the past year we have published in this journal a number of articles which, separately, advanced new and useful concepts in the training of clerical workers. The purpose of this present article is to summarise these diverse contributions and to attempt to integrate them into a coherent and workable system. We believe that this synthesis provides the framework for an approach entirely new in Britain to improving the performance of office workers.
