Can your college compete with the magic of Disney?
Abstract
Walt Disney World has moved into providing training for other organizations, basing relevant training modules on its own practices. Professional development courses are offered in various areas (leadership, people management, customer service, etc.), and Disney training has now “gone on the road” for organizations which cannot afford to bring their members to the Disney Institute. Discusses the reasoning behind Disney training, and explains why it can be successful.
