Energy Efficiency in Commercial Buildings: BUILDING FORM AND FABRIC
Abstract
Takes a look at the advantages and disadvantages of moving into new or existing premises and the points to bear in mind, particularly with regard to saving energy. The use of atria and sun‐spaces to take advantage of solar gain is posited, but with caution to lessen energy consumption. Explores various other points and makes recommendations.
