Personality and Management Thinking
Abstract
Management is regarded as a rational process, even though the managerial thinking styles found there vary from analytical to intuitive. There are links between organisational culture and managerial roles and style, and in turn these are influenced by the personality or character types of managers. Types of personality and thinking styles are discussed with a view to their value in training programmes.
