The variables in Tables IV-VI (Individual random-effects ordered probit results) are presented in the wrong sequence. This leads to confusion and misinterpretation of the estimated coefficients.

The following table presents the correct sequence, which allows for a straightforward interpretation of the estimated coefficients.

The author regrets any inconvenience caused by this incorrect listing of variables.
