Management development ‐ several smiling faces?
Abstract
Two types of management education (or development) provision are compared. The possibility and appropriateness of the new type replacing the older is examined. A matrix of types of management education is then established ‐ onto which the two types are located. Provision in the range is then examined and weaknesses are identified.
