Abstract
The most commonly used mechanism for evaluating training courses is the evaluation sheet. Although held in low esteem, it is used routinely throughout the public and private sectors to evaluate training courses. Describes a study of such sheets, followed by guidelines for improving their construction and use. Makes suggestions for redesign in order to give much better information.
