MANAGEMENT TRAINING IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES

Abstract

Training of managers as trainers in Africa and South East Asia to meet the special needs of banks in developing countries is described. Specific attention is given to the learning process. There is a need to focus on the actuality of the working environment of training programme participants and to make learning action‐centred.
