The COMA Report on Dietary Reference Values: The Food Manufacturers’ View

Abstract

The food manufacturers have examined the COMA Report on Dietary Reference Values very carefully. Although they welcome the broad thrust of the recommendations, it is evident that there are a number of serious reservations and criticisms.
