Process queue

LODESTAR Corporation has added "Work Queues" to the LODESTAR Customer Choice Suite. These automate processes for companies and provide a central location for users to view and work on business functions that require manual intervention. This added functionality is specifically useful when handling high volumes of exceptions that occur during common processes like meter data validation, billing, settlement, financial management and collections. With Work Queues, companies can reduce and chart the difference in cycle-time required to resolve exceptions.

The addition of Work Queues provides companies with an even greater amount of control over their process workflows. Managers can now assign specific exceptions to individual users to resolve, while still maintaining control over the approval process. Different levels of security can also be assigned for different users and analysts.
