INNOVENTIONS, the leading manufacturer of standalone, portable computer memory testers, is now shipping an improved version of their RAMCHECK Plus memory tester for PC333/PC266/PC200 DDR (also known as PC2700/2100/1600) modules and all common 168-pin SDRAM memory modules. An inexpensive upgrade for testing PC333 modules is also available for current RAMCHECK Plus users. During each test, the memory module's size, structure and type are automatically detected. RAMCHECK Plus quickly spots bad memory chips and alerts the user with a warning tone and visual signal. The stand-alone RAMCHECK Plus tester can be upgraded with free firmware upgrades via the Internet, and includes a PC communications software package to log and print test results.
