All businesses want to manage, control and have immediate access to their most common and most important information sources. Easy Exchange is a new integrated mail archive program that automatically indexes and "intelligently" archives the information resources within a corporate Microsoft Exchange infrastructure. It thus delivers fully auditable, easily and readily accessible information and content.
Easy Exchange archives and indexes not only all of the mail that is processed through the MS Exchange system, but also related information and content in contacts, notes, tasks, appointments and attached documents and files. The data is archived directly from the MS Exchange server and prepared for full text searches. This enables simpler and more effective management of online objects and enhances the performance of an organisation's mail server and simplifies its administration.
