SkillSet Limited, the Hampshire-based IT services provider, has won a contract from Toshiba Information Systems (UK) Ltd, to provide user training for its new company-wide purchasing system. SkillSet has developed a half-day course specifically for Toshiba, to allow its 100+ employees to go live for the company’s new financial year. The new system includes advanced features such as digital signature technology for purchase sign-off, and an on-line, speech-based help facility. Following the training, SkillSet will provide the company with walkabout support during the first live week.
